Is this giving me trades?
No. Mirror gives no buy, sell, hold, entry, exit, stop, size, leverage, or prediction advice. It works on the decision, not the direction.
Do I need to connect my exchange?
No. Start with the pattern. An exchange connection is optional, read-only context you can add later.
Can it place trades?
No. Even connected, access is read-only. It cannot trade, withdraw, or change a single setting.
Can it see my portfolio?
Only if you connect an exchange, and only read-only. Portfolio Mirror reads positions and trades to give the coach context — it cannot place a trade, move funds, or change a setting.
Do you store my voice?
No. The voice session is end-to-end encrypted and never recorded — the app keeps only a structured Mirror Note.
Is this therapy?
No. Mirror is a coach, not therapy, and does not replace mental-health care. Where you need a therapist, it will say so.
Is Reset meditation or therapy?
No. Reset is a short, guided way to steady yourself in the moment a trade is pulling at you. Not therapy, not medical care — and it never tells you to enter or exit a trade.
What does the coach remember?
Only what helps catch your patterns — and all of it is visible to you, to edit or forget.
Can I delete memories?
